TIM BARTLETT
Since 1999 Tim has completed over $1 billion in transactions in the multi-family, renewable energy, higher education, and public sectors. Mr. Bartlett was the original founder of EgovNet who deployed the first online auto registration renewal on a statewide level (www.oplates.com). The company was sold in 2002. Mr. Bartlett sits on the Board of Directors of the San Antonio Economic Development Foundation, Radiant Industrial Solutions, and the City of San Antonio Tax Increment Finance Board #28.
Craig Poler
Mr. Poler has been involved in almost every aspect of energy trading since 1989. He has worked as a floor trader, portfolio manager, physical trader, desk manager and senior originator. He has traded futures, options, and physical markets for refineries, trading companies and hedge funds. Most recently, the culmination of Mr. Poler’s trading
experience resulted in BP naming Mr. Poler as Senior Originator in Oil and Refined Products. At BP North America, Mr. Poler identified, structured, negotiated and closed long-term crude oil, refined products, natural gas, NGL, and bio-fuels transactions. Deals included longer-term pipeline and storage contracts, assets divestitures and acquisitions, USGC basis arbitrage
and EtOH production worldwide. Mr. Poler has thirty years’ experience in worldwide tolling, reverse tolling, synthetic storage and cross-commodity pricing. Mr. Poler’s esteemed background in energy trading and marketing, gives Rubix Ventures a deep understanding of the entire complex’s commercial structure and embedded option value. Mr.Poler has successfully completed over $500mm in asset acquisitions while at BP.
