GDC Technics, LTD

GDC Technics, LTD

Our Real Estate & Construction Advisory Services help clients make informed decisions to achieve a competitive advantage by managing risk, reducing costs and increasing operational efficiencies.

We help maximize the contributions that real estate and facilities assets make in supporting an organizations goals and can advise on aligning the real estate strategy with a larger business strategy.

A great example of our work was in 2016 when Rubix represented GDC Technics in acquiring over 1 million square feet of hangar space in Ft. Worth Texas. Our representation allowed the company to book the facility for 30 years and gain favorable accounting measures as a result of the long term arrangement.
